BackupLoupe 1.6

BackupLoupe... Have you ever wondered, why Apple's TimeMachine takes so long to backup your files? Where all that free space on your backup drive went?
BackupLoupe provides a convenient way to browse your backups and identify files/folders whose contents changes frequently. Often, those items are temporary files or cache folders which need not be backed up in the first place. You may consider excluding them from TimeMachine backups and save valuable disk space.
The QuickView panel, that you know and love from Leopard's Finder, helps you separating important stuff from garbage.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.6:
- Provide information (type of file) about currently selected item in status bar
- Display how many times a file has been backed up and how much space this file occupies in all backups
- log level now configurable via defaults write com.soma-zone.BackupLoupe logLevel -integer [0..7], where 0 == emergence and 7 is debug; defaults to 4 (warning).
REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
