English&Fun 2.1.8 - Helps improve listening and comprehension level. (Shareware)

English&Fun (formerly known as English4Fun) is designed to improve one's listening- and comprehension-level (American-English and Spanish-Mexican pronunciation supported).

• Voices and their attributes (i.e. pitch and modulation) can be easily changed in a Control Palette.
• Speed may be varied to suit the user's comprehension level (beginner, advanced, proficient).
• Option to highlight each word of the text while being read.
• Check-Spelling: besides the internal default English Dictionary, custom Dictionaries may be created by the user.
• Function to look up word-definitions in Apple-Dictionary.
• Find/Replace functions supported.
• Table of irregular verbs.
• A text, or part of it, can be read in a loop (i.e. several times).
• Tutorial showing how to write a play (i.e. a text with different voices, pitch etc.) and listen to it.
• Tips showing how to add emphasis etc. (see English4Fun Help).
