WHAT'S NEW
Version 2.0.7:
- Support for Global Caché GC-100 and iTach modules
- The managment of IR modules has been completely overhauled, to allow support for Global Caché modules. The configuration of modules is no longer placed on the preferences panel, but now on the main window. See this screenshot for some new features:
- Learning and transmision of codes is indepenent from the module type (LAN/USB, IRTrans or Global Caché, iTach or GC-100).
- Each module type can transmit codes which were learned by the other, however there are limitations due to some specific capabilities of each brand
- NOT YET: Learning of repeat codes with GC modules is under construction
- The modules configuration file is now called \"modules.xml\". The old file \"devices.xml\" is untouched, so you can go back to iRed2.0 without problems.
