LinkOptimizer is a workflow automation solution for Adobe InDesign that reduces the size of linked images by eliminating excessive image data.

LinkOptimizer will help you save valuable storage space, time and reduce production costs in a variety of ways by reducing the size of images linked to your InDesign document:

• increasing speed of printing of your document and creating PDF files

Version 4.0:

• Convert image formats (i.e. TIFF>PSD, JPEG>TIFF etc.)
• Save settings as presets.
• Process all links regardless of resolution settings.
• Optimize images for external use without relinking to InDesign.
• Resolution oversampling.
• The option to resave all JPEGs in Photoshop (so digcam images don't present the Save As dialog on saving).
• The option to optimize only resolution without resizing the images. This will allow to optimize several documents of similar design at once by optimizing one of them.
• Image previews in the Links table.
