MatchCut 0.5 - Simple pasteboard manager. (Free)

The OS X pasteboard is a great thing. Cut and paste from one application to another, even convert items in the process, when possible. Unfortunately the memory of the pasteboard is quite short.
This is where pasteboard managers come in handy. They extend the memory of the pasteboard. MatchCut is one of those pasteboard managers.
MatchCut is designed to be unobtrusive, like the OS X pasteboard. It can be operated entirely with the keyboard, entirely with the mouse or by using a mix of both. In any case, as few key presses or mouse clicks as possible will be required.
MatchCut helps in finding a specific clipping with search and sort functions to get the right one without having to browse through material that\'s not needed at this time. MatchCut is easy to operate, but comes with a help file that details its functions.
MatchCut supports drag and drop to/from it.
MatchCut is free and will run on OS X 10.6, or better.
- MatchCut is now much more configurable.
- Drag and Drop is implemented. Drag an item to another application without disturbing the system pasteboard. Likewise, drop an item onto MatchCut\'s window to add it while leaving the system pasteboard alone.
- Quite a few internal changes and fixes.
