My-Health-History... My-Health-History (MHH) is a comprehensive but easy to use personal health and medical tracking system. MHH is multi-user and permits each user to have their own login/password. The administrative user can limit access to each user’s personal data. Currently there are 24 different screens for entering health history and storing important medical information. The next version (free upgrade) will provide an additional 6 screens – two of which can be self-defined. • A new version of My-Health-History is available. This version corrects a potential problem in purchasing and registering a license. Other minor fixes and enhancements have also been included.
