Fixes:
• Sometimes saved expanded views don't load properly
• Added workaround for Java bug that causes PersonalBrain to fail to initialize in some cases under Snow Leopard
• Clearing the notes of a Thought does not remove the notes from the search index, resulting in a problem with the index integrity and misleading search results
• In some cases, the exception “Invalid index home” prevents the usage of the search index.
• Freemind and MindManager files which contain CJK characters are not indexed correctly
