Planbook 2.0 - Manage a teacher lesson plan book. (Shareware)

Planbook is software designed to manage a teacher's lesson plan book. In addition to the traditional functions of a planbook, this software allows you to link documents to your lessons (a word document describing a lab, for example), search your planbook and export your planbook to HTML or directly to an FTP or MobileMe server. 2.0 also allows you to track standards, units and tag lessons with keywords for advanced reporting.

• The fly-out drawer has been replaced with a lesson entry area in the main window
• Planbook now has an "inspector" to allow access to more detailed lesson information
• The process for making non-school days has been streamlined
• Standards can be entered and tracked using planbook
• Lessons can be tagged with keywords
• Lessons can be added to units for organizational purposes
• Times are no longer global- you can change the time for any lesson on any day.
• Custom days may now have times applied to the lessons on that day.
• Planbook now has reports based on units

• The repository is now called the "library" and resides in the inspector
• Non-school days may be extended to create vacations
• There is no limit on the number of courses you may have (in total, or on a single day)
• The course chooser on the left side of the screen has been revamped to allow display of the units in a course
• The full screen editing mode now lets you narrow down to a single unit in a class to help focus your planning
• The lesson drawing code is more robust, using the space available as efficiently as possible
• You can now add a previously entered lesson to the repository by right clicking.
