PopSearch Safari Extension 1.2.7
PopSearch Safari Extension lets you easily add more search engines to Safari and use them from whatever site you\'re on now. To open the PopSearch popup, press Command+K or another hotkey of your choosing. Enter your search terms, select a search engine, and press Enter -- PopSearch takes you straight to the results.

Features:

  • It\'s easy to add other search engines to the ten built-in ones. You just need to enter a search URL--or let the Engine Wizard figure it out from a search results page!
  • You can use short keywords to select the search engine instead of using the drop-down menu, if you prefer.
  • If you select some text on the current page before pressing the hotkey, that text will be automatically entered into PopSearch.
  • PopSearch comes with three visual styles, and you can create your own with a little knowledge of CSS.

WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.2.7:
  • Added support for using JavaScript bookmarklets as search engines. If you select a bookmarklet in the engine menu, PopSearch will simply open the bookmarklet in the current tab. This has the same effect as if you used the bookmarklet from your Safari bookmarks menu or toolbar.
  • Changed the behavior of the Reset Defaults button on the styles settings page to not delete non-default styles.
  • Changed the default style to \"Light\".
  • Added support for changing the hotkey in Safari\'s extension manager, so now you can change the hotkey if the current hotkey is not working for some reason.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later.
  • Safari 5 or later.
